"Tempted" Review

Megan hart is an exceptional author, and her latest erotic novel, Tempted, is an absolute must read. I had quite a bit of trouble putting this book down, and I didn’t so much as read it as devour it.

Tempted is an emotionally and sexually charged novel, where the lines of love and lust blur, and you desperately want each character to come away unscathed but you know that ultimately sacrifices must be made.

The story follows a summer in the life of Anne Kinney, whose life until then is seemingly perfect. She has a loving husband, James, and is unaware that anything is missing in her life until Alex Kennedy walks in to her kitchen. Alex is James’ best friend from High School and when Anne meets him for the first time, she becomes breathless, overwhelmed by his beauty, sharp wit and intense personality. Soon enough, not only is he sharing their life for the summer, but Anne and James also welcome Alex into their bed. It all seems like harmless fun, a mindblowing and physically satisfying experience, until of course, emotions start soaring and problems begin to arise.

The other significant characters in the book are Anne’s three sisters. The summer brings about life changing situations and immense personal growth for all as they battle their childhood demons and strive to bring harmony and acceptance into their lives.

Tempted is a heart-wrenching yet wonderfully passionate tale which will leave you begging for more of this erotic feast. The sex is blistering, leaving you gasping and desperately wishing you weren’t just reading it, but living it. It will take all of your effort just to catch your breath.

Megan Hart is an author gifted across many genres, yet her contemporary erotic novels are ones I’m sure many modern women can relate to. Her writing style is smooth and flows easily, allowing the reader to develop a great connection with the characters. She has a quality about her writing which I can only describe as raw truth. I feel as though she draws emotion from her own life experiences, both good and bad, and if her sexual escapades are anywhere near as stimulating as they are in her books, then she is one lucky woman!

If you enjoy flaming hot sex and compelling, emotionally involved storylines with well developed characters, then don’t wait another minute to get your hands on Tempted.
