Actually I wasn't married at the time, and nor was the lady in question, but we were both in relationships. Working that closely together every day we just felt this chemsitry arise and it seemed almost inevitable that something was going to happen which it did...one time, in the bathroom (real classy), just a release of need more than anything. Luckily, we came away unscathed, and so did our relationships outside work. There was an unspoken understanding of what was going on I believe.

I've skated much too close to the edge before. I know (and have a renewed appreciation for) what I stand to lose, so I'd like to think I'd have the strength to decline. In my own mind I can have blistering hot sex with random strangers, coworkers, and friends, but in real life I am content to be in love with the man I have spent every single day of my adult life with. I'm sure I will always find other men enormously attractive and love the danger and thrill that a clandestine affair offers, but I know that most affairs aren't worth the risk. Nevertheless, they admittedly make for excellent fantasy and storytelling!

A difficult question. I've had experiences where it has been close to happening, and I certainly could've partaken, but the risk of ruining work and personal relationships is to great. Instead, fantasizing about it suffices!
