Harrods always boasted that they could supply everything from a pin to an elephant and, whilst not perhaps able to supply the latter, we are more than happy to source products for customers from one of our many suppliers (if at all possible). So what makes us so different? From the moment you visit the home page of our site, you feel the difference, and it’s certainly far more than mere window dressing. For a start, we only wish to stock products that we can believe in, so quality is very important to us and, as we are selling quality products, we only use high quality images so that you can actually see what you’re buying.
Then of course there is our pricing, we have something called a fair pricing policy. Bucking the trend across the adult industry, we work on modest margins and strive to give our customers value for money everyday (no gimmick discounts off artificially inflated prices for us).
What about customer service? For the past 12 months we have sold some of our more generic products through various auction sites. So what? The difference between auction site retailing and traditional online shops is that every single transaction is rated by the consumer (whose comments are on view for everyone to see) so every single customer matters. This is just as we think it should be, that’s not to say that delays or mistakes never occur, but what we can promise is that we will go the extra mile to get it sorted out.
