Hello everyone!

I'm excited to be a part of this great website and all these incredibly talented writers. I just submitted my first story and hope to see it published soon!

I have been writing a non-fiction column for a local newspaper where I live for years, kind of an Erma Bombeck-ish look at parenthood and small town life, so people would be astounded if they knew I wrote erotica! I've been working on a novel off and on for a couple of years, but two kids, a job and hubby come first. I am happily married, 15 years now and the erotica I write comes from the character in my novel. I think of her as my alter-ego, of course, as most writers do, and she's having a hell of a good time!

It's fun to have an alterego, isn't it? I love the feeling of having a dirty little secret and being someone other than what everyone expects you to be.

I have a novel too, called The Perfect Stranger. It's largely based in reality (except for the murder part).

I think it's great that you make your career writing as well, even if it's not erotica. Writing is such a great way to express yourself and reach out to others. Your life sounds pretty nice.
